HUNG GAR KUEN
Mak Che-kong Sifu has become the world’s best-known instructor of Hung Gar Kuen.
Formerly an engineer by trade, he is known for the detail of his demonstration and explanation of every form and technique.
Mak Sifu has also been a pioneer in sharing his art through social media.
WING CHUN
Michael Chan Sifu is an expert in both Wing Chun kung fu and the Israeli combat art of Krav Maga.
Besides his martial arts prowess, Chan is also a virtuoso guitarist and an IT specialist.
Raised in the UK, Michael returned to Hong Kong to celebrate his Chinese heritage here!
TONGBEI QUAN
Yeung Yat-fan Sifu is a master of the Northern Chinese kung fu style Pigua Tongbei Quan, and its attendant arts of Hsing-I and Pakua.
He is also an expert in traditional Chinese calligraphy, and also gives lessons on this art at our Martial Club.
PRACTICAL WING CHUN
Veka and Kati Rounevaara are students of Wing Chun master Wan Kam-leung, a disciple of the great Wong Shun-leung.
Their classes combine the traditional nature of this classical kung fu style with street real applications relevant to the modern world.
Veka and Kati are also experienced in qigong practice and traditional Chinese medicine.
TAM GAR SAAM JIN FIST
Wan Kam-luen Sifu: Wan Sifu is a master of the Tam Gar Saam Jin Fist, and a student of the famed Grandmaster Tam Hon, known as ‘The Pole King’.
He also teaches Wu style Tai Chi and Eagle Claw kung fu. In his efforts to propagate the art, Wan Sifu has published several popular books on kung fu.
BEY LOGAN
A lifelong martial arts practitioner, Bey is best-known as a film screenwriter and producer, and as an expert of Hong Kong cinema history.
Logan is a long-time student of Mak Che-kong and an exponent of Chen style Tai Chi.
He is the founder of the Kwai Fong Martial Club.
